Censor Blogs to Stop Offensive Messages

**Please note that i didn't write any of this. I get this piece of crap from yesterday's Star Newspaper. Obviously the guy wrote it forgot to take his medication when he mailed this shit to Star Newspaper.

Internet has become the most powerful device today to communicate with the rest of the world. It is very easy and fast to communicate with anyone, no matter where one is.

One of the common ways to communicate is through blogs. Blogs are used to express our views on certain topics under discussion.

A string of comments follows the blog topic until it is withdrawn and put into an archive or destroyed.

Normally, when using blogs, the participant keys the message and once done, it would be uploaded into the blog spot.

The process takes place either instantly or would only be uploaded after the message has been censored and edited.

Which is the best mode for blog messages, free or censored ? Many of you might say free. I too prefer the same.

However, there are some irresponsible and inconsiderate individuals who abuse the freedom allowed in blog messages. They use very vulgar and offensive messages in the blogs.

I do understand some teens and those young at heart and also those whose messages are meant to look like that of an opposite sex, just want to have fun.

However, if we left the entertainment and leisure blogs uncensored, it would mean whatever that was keyed in will appear exactly on the screen.

There are some who do not know where to draw the line. Even in the more serious news and educational blogs, they use vulgar and sensitive remarks.

Such nonsense should be stopped before it breaches the tolerance level.

The royals have been the latest victims especially during the political crisis in Perak. The politicians and other celebrities have been their targets for a long time.

The culprits might think no one would know who posted the messages.

On the contrary, the authorities can easily trace them just by referring to the IP Address, line number and other latest gadgets.

Hence, they must either be careful using these blogs or face the music if he go overboard.

Let us use the blogs sensibly and responsibly with due consideration.

Chris Brown Apologizes and Rihanna Photo Emerges Online

Reuters reports that Chris Brown, arrested last week for allegedly attacking pop singer Rihanna, has issued a statement regarding the incident:

"Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired," he said. "I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God's help, to emerging a better person."

Brown also said in his statement that much of what has been written on blogs and reported in the media is incorrect, and they he has not made any posts to Facebook or written messages on blogs.

Meanwhile, a source close to the singer Rihanna, claims she is appalled by Chris Brown's apology and saying the singer is in no mood to forgive and forget. "All of us, including Rihanna, don't understand how he can say he's sorry on the one hand, but still ... does not admit any guilt," a source tells the Chicago Sun Times.

This undated photo provided by TMZ of pop star Rihanna was according to TMZ, "taken after Chris Brown allegedly beat her." Rihanna was reportedly involved in a domestic dispute with boyfriend Chris Brown last week that resulted in his arrest and booking on charges of making criminal threats. A police statement said the woman who reported the incident was injured, and identified Brown as her attacker. Charges have not yet been filed, and neither Brown nor Rihanna has come forth to comment on the incident.

I'm SMART, I'm INDEPENDENT, I'm FAR SUPERIOR

Have you had any self-proclaimed clever, independent friends ? Friends that think they are much superior than other people ? Friends that are afraid of losing ? So-called best friends that would be so jealous of you when you have something that they don't ? Well, i sure have plenty. So many that i almost lost count.

So, do you really see this kind of people as your best friends ? Are these people really dependable ? Are they by your side when you need them ? Or they only appear when they are in trouble ? Do you really have best friends ?

I for sure, would be more than happy to loss this kind of so-called friends. And you should too. Stop lying to yourself and accept the fact that you DO have this kind of friends. These people are so full of themselves. I have no regrets sending them to recycle bin.

**No comment please. Spare yourself some time and think about it seriously. Any attempted comment (especially those stupid anonymous ones) will be deleted right away.

13-Year-Old British Dad (FOR REAL)

A child who has become one of Britain’s youngest fathers has reignited concerns about the rate of teenage pregnancies and the sexualisation of children at increasingly early ages.

Alfie Patten was only 12 when his girlfriend, Chantelle Steadman, 15, conceived after unprotected sex. In the past decade, more than 40 other boys aged under 14 have fathered children. Figures from the Office for National Statistics also show that four boys aged 11 have had children in recent years.

Britain has the highest teenage pregnancy rate in Western Europe. A total of 385 girls under the age of 14 became pregnant between 1998 and 2007.

Politicians, family charities and parenting specialists voiced their concerns yesterday. Iain Duncan Smith, the former Conservative Party leader who runs the Centre for Social Justice think-tank, said that the latest case illustrated the country’s social decline. Gordon Brown, during a visit to the Midlands, said that he was not aware of the details but added: “Of course I think all of us would want to avoid teenage pregnancies.”

David Cameron, the Tory leader, said that children having children was worrying and that parenthood should not be something they should even be contemplating.

Police stated that they would not be looking into the case.

Alfie, who is 4ft tall and looks considerably younger than his age, was at his girlfriend’s bedside as she gave birth to Maisie Roxanne, weighing 7lb 3oz, in Eastbourne on Monday.

Doctors expressed surprise yesterday that Alfie, whose voice has not yet broken, was biologically capable of fathering a child nine months ago. Martin Ward Platt, a consultant paediatrician at the Royal Victoria Infirmary, in Newcastle upon Tyne, said that biologically unusual things could happen. “There is not a direct correlation between various different signs and stages of puberty. It is possible but it is not a common occurrence.”

In an interview with The Sun, Alfie said: “I thought it would be good to have a baby. I didn’t think about how we would afford it. I don’t really get pocket money. My dad sometimes gives me £10. When my mum found out I thought I was going to get in trouble. We wanted to have the baby but were worried about how people would react. I didn’t know what it would be like to be a dad. I will be good, though, and care for it.”

Chantelle said: “I’m tired after the birth. I was nervous after going into labour but otherwise I was quite excited.”

Chantelle and Alfie found out that she was pregnant at 12 weeks. They went to see a doctor together. Chantelle said: “The doctor asked me whether we had sex. I said yes and he said I should do a pregnancy test. He did the test and said I was pregnant. I started crying and didn’t know what to do.”

They hid the pregnancy from their parents for a further six weeks until Chantelle’s mother, Penny, 38, became suspicious when her daughter started gaining weight, and confronted her about it.

Chantelle said that Alfie had regularly stayed the night. “We know we made a mistake but I wouldn’t change it now. We will be good, loving parents,” she said.

She left hospital to return to her family’s council house in Eastbourne on Thursday, and was being concealed from the media. Friends and relatives of Alfie left their detached home in Hailsham, East Sussex, without comment.

Mr Duncan Smith said that the case exemplified the point that Tories had been making about “broken Britain”. He said: “Too many dysfunctional families in Britain today have children growing up where anything goes.” There had been a complete collapse in some parts of society of any sense of what was right and what was wrong, he said.

Ed Balls, the Children’s Secretary, described it as “just an awful case”. He told Sky News: “It’s very rare but you look at that young lad being a dad when he is so young, and also the teenage girl, and you think, ‘It’s not right — this looks so terrible.’ It has got to be sorted out. I want us to do everything we can as a society to make sure we keep teenage pregnancies coming down.”

Nigel Waterson, the Tory MP for Eastbourne, said that the birth raised important questions about sex education and the sexualisation of society.

Tony Kerridge, of the sexual health specialist Marie Stopes International, said that children needed better education to develop aspirations and avoid a life of poverty. “We have got the social aspect of young girls in the UK seeing having a baby as a route to getting their own place,” he said.

He praised government plans to start giving primary school pupils sex and relationship education, saying that similar moves abroad had paid dividends.

However, Norman Wells, the director of the charity Family and Youth Concern, said that young people did not need yet more sex education, but a complete change of focus. “We need to challenge the common perception of sex as a casual recreational activity and present it rather as an expression of the total self-giving of a husband and wife to each other in marriage.”

DUBAI : Dubai Proves Anything Is Possible With PetrolDollars (Part 1)

Dubai, the huge desert land blessed with huge oil and gas reserves have proven that anything is possible as long as you are rich in "Vitamin M" (Vitamin Money). Just less than two decades ago, Dubai basically was just like any other desert towns you can picture, just sands and some old buildings. But look at it now, it has become the economy superpower in the region and is the most happenning city in Middle-east. And most importantly, Dubai is probably the safest city in that part of the world.

The ultra rich sheikhs have some really big dreams, dreams that appear unrealistic to many but they have practically done them all. There are still many mega projects on the pipeline such as Hydropolis (the world's first underwater hotel) and over a dozen of approved 100-storey+ high-rise towers but with the world in recession, just how far this rich Emirati state can go ?
